Indefinite pronouns and adjectives are words used to refer to people or things non-specifically rather than particularly.

Remark:
There are nouns that are countable in English, but uncountable in Portuguese. Example: muito dinheiro (a lot of money), muita gente (a lot of people).

Example:
  • Algumas pessoas não chegaram ainda. (Some people haven't arrived yet.)
  • Alguns convidados já estão aqui. (Some guests are already here.)
  • Vocês entenderam tudo? (Did you understand everything?)
  • Todo o planeta está sendo destruído. (The whole planet is being destroyed.)
  • Todas as crianças gostam de chocolate. (All children like chocolate.)
