One of the most delicious desserts in the Portuguese cuisine is definitely the Peanut Fudge. This recipe is a mixture of many tasty ingredients like milk, peanut butter, pecans and vanilla that will make to eat it an unforgettable experience.
- 1 cup of milk.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- 1/2 cup peanut butter.
- 1 cup pecans.
- 1/2 cup sugar.
- 1/2 tsp vanilla.
- 3 tbsp light corn syrup.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat.
- Add sugar and milk.
- Boil the mixture for two hours.
- Add the peanut butter and vanilla seeds.
- In a clean recipient mix the sugar and the peanut butter.
- Beat the mixture until it has a good appearance.
- Place the mixture into a 20cm/8in square baking tray; following place it in the fridge.
- Cut and serve.
